How We Work

Helping Families Retire with Confidence

Wealth Management Overview

While many financial advisors focus on the Investment Consulting functions, we take a very broad approach, seeking to integrate quality investment management with other areas of financial planning, asset protection, and estate planning.

Our process is personalized and highly collaborative in that we seek to integrate our work with the input of advisors or utilizing the expertise of our own network.

Discovery and Understanding

The goal of this first step is to learn about your values, goals, expectations and concerns. This stage also serves as a time for the client to learn more about our team and our approach to wealth management. The main objective of this step is to determine if a business relationship would be beneficial for all parties; if there is interest in moving forward, the next step is the development of a financial plan.

Financial Planning Process

Our financial planning process is designed to learn as much as possible about your current financial situation, needs, goals, and concerns. These elements are key factors in constructing the bridge between where you are today and accomplishing your short, intermediate, or long term goals. This planning process will involve the development of recommendations in the areas of investment management, tax planning, insurance planning, estate planning and retirement planning.

Our commitment to demonstrate our high level of competency, ethics, and professionalism is shown through having a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional to provide our financial planning services.

Commitment and Implementation

This step consists of the implementation of the plan by completing the necessary paperwork to open accounts and / or transfer assets. We will keep you updated during this process and sit down with you to review your first full set of statements.

Keeping the Promise

Our wealth management process is an ongoing one. Regular meetings will be held to review your plan in order to ensure that your asset allocation and investment strategies are still appropriate. Adjustments will likely need to be made to your plan or investment portfolio due to the changes that you may experience in your lifestyle, your family situation, goals, or the economic environment.
